Windstorm Inspection And Forensic Engineering

Most of the structural development that include residential and commercial structures within the city limits of south Texas counties such as Brazoria, Galveston, and Chambers require to comply with windstorm design standards and certification.

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) requires insurability certificate (WPI-8) on any structures that are constructed within the high wind zones areas (E.g. Pearland, Friendswood, Galveston, Freeport, and La Marque). Our team of TDI appointed windstorm inspectors perform inspection on new and existing Residential & Commercial structures based on the TDI windstorm inspection requirements and guidelines to obtain WPI-8 certification.
